On 22 May 2009 Mr Terence Nombembe, Auditor General of South Africa and Chairman of AFROSAI visited Mr Jacek Jezierski, the President of the NIK and Chair of EUROSAI. Mr Nombembe and Mr Jezierski discussed, among many, their chairmanships over Regional Working Groups of INTOSAI, as well as possible areas of bilateral cooperation between their SAIs. The NIK experience with regrads to organising the 7th EUROSAI Congress in Kraków in June 2008 in the "paperless" formula, was discussed during the meeting and hopefuly it will be of assistance to the host of the 20th INTOSAI Congress to be held in Johannesburg in November 2010.  President Jezierski described also the project entitled "Green Office" which was successfully introduced in the NIK.
