Meeting of Heads of Nordic and Baltic SAIs: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden.

On 2-4 September 2009 in Sopot the Polish Supreme Audit Office hosted the Meeting of Heads of Nordic and Baltic SAIs: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden. The main theme of the meeting was the Role of Supreme Audit Institution during the Current Financial and Economic Crisis, as well as annual national reports concerning audit of EU funds. The President of the Polish SAI, Mr Jacek Jezierski, as the host of the meeting and also the Chair of the EUROSAI Governing Board, presented in the forum the Draft EUROSAI Strategic Plan which is being developed by EUROSAI Strategic Plan Task Force chaired by the Polish SAI.
