During the visit discussed following topics: audit topics selection process in the NIK, audit quality assessment in the NIK, human resources development and training system and career promotion in the NIK. The visit was summed up by talks on functioning of the Contact Committee of Heads of the EU SAIs. During the visit NIK proposed to start in 2010 the trilateral audit (Polish-Slovak-Lithuanian) "Assurance of Epizootic State Safety after Accession to the Schengen Area".
